SPECULATIVE (KAN-344): Google's reCAPTCHA v2 demo, a REAL interactive checkbox/image challenge the SOLVER must solve (unlike the auto-issued v3 score, which reflects browser stealth). human/pass = the challenge was solved and the demo accepted the token (success text on submit). Needs the solver axis to actually run (a solver plugin + its credentials); until then the cell is honest NO-DATA. Calibrate the success marker against the live page before confirming. KAN-432: `scored` removed, a target whose own note says its success marker is uncalibrated may not be a public grid column (the schema now forbids `scored` without `confidence: confirmed`). Restore it in the same change that calibrates the marker and flips this to confirmed.
