a captcha-widget challenge; used by intuition-machines; mints the h-captcha-response token; escalation: passive risk score read on the session → low threat: allow / no visible challenge → high threat: an image-grid challenge or a block per the customer's policy. invisible-score; a passive enterprise RISK score where high=threat. INVERTED vs recaptcha - 1.0=bot (bad), 0.0=human (good).
