what is Velocity signals?

The velocity lens of the money/account fraud model: signals that reason across accounts, money, and time rather than over a single browser environment. Each signal names what abuse it catches, how it is computed, and how a determined attacker (often a human fraud farm) degrades it.. Distilled from the richards fraud-signals catalog + R3 (docs/research/R3-vendor-state.md). Vendor product names/thresholds are speculative (marketing-adjacent); the taxonomy framing is confirmed.
